Account Creation & Security
To access full platform features, users must register a bingoplua account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account; the creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify bingoplua support immediately. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. bingoplua reserves the right to require identity verification at any point to confirm user identity and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification may lead to permanent account termination and legal action where applicable.
User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
Users of bingoplua agree to use the platform solely for lawful and personal entertainment purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict other users' access. You must not use the platform to engage in fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other behavior that undermines the integrity of the games and sports markets offered. Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of winnings. Users must not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform; any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to bingoplua support promptly. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable through any communication feature on the platform. bingoplua reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bingoplua are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Users may deposit and withdraw funds using approved payment methods available on the platform, which may include local bank transfers, e-wallets, and other supported channels. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are subject to change; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder, and bingoplua will not process payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take between one and five business days. bingoplua reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large transactions in order to comply with anti-money laundering and know-your-customer obligations. Any funds that appear to have been deposited in error, obtained fraudulently, or in breach of these terms may be withheld, reversed, or forfeited at bingoplua's sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
bingoplua provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, viruses, or other harmful components, and we are not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall bingoplua be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to any individual user in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim. Users acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk, and bingoplua does not guarantee any specific outcomes, winnings, or returns from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence. Account Suspension & Closure
bingoplua reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or any action that may harm the platform or other users. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, accounts may be frozen pending investigation, and associated funds may be held for the duration of the inquiry. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team; any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to verification requirements. Self-exclusion options are available for users who wish to take a break from gaming, and bingoplua will honor such requests in line with our responsible gaming policy. Once an account has been permanently closed due to a terms violation, the user forfeits the right to re-register without explicit written consent from bingoplua. Accounts that have been inactive for a prolonged period may be subject to dormancy fees or closure in accordance with applicable regulations.
